Coaching Sessions

Whether you are searching for career coaching, life coaching, or you aren't sure where to begin, all coaching services are provided through the packages listed below. All clients begin at a minimum two session/month package to ensure accountability and program success. 

Additional coaching sessions can be added al a carte to any purchased package. All coaching sessions are 60 minutes, with the exception of Team Coaching sessions. 

MONTH-TO-MONTH PACKAGES

• The Month-to-Month Package offers two flexible coaching sessions tailored to your needs. Experience personalized guidance and support when the timing works for you.

• The Month-to-Month Intensive Package offers personalized coaching sessions designed to help you achieve your goals and make lasting changes. The intensive provides six dynamic coaching sessions over a one-month period, scheduled at your desired timing.

12 SESSION PACKAGE

• The 12 session package offers personalized guidance and support to help you achieve your goals and improve your overall well-being. Suggested timing: two sessions per month.

TEAM COACHING

• Team Coaching empowers individuals to work together harmoniously, boost morale, and achieve common goals. Elevate your team's performance with personalized coaching sessions. Timing of team coaching sessions varies dependent on group size and needs of the team. 

At Navigate North Coaching, we are proud to offer Energy Leadership® Index (ELI) Assessments, facilitated by a certified Master Practitioner. The ELI is a research-backed assessment that measures your unique energy levels and perspectives under everyday circumstances and during stress.
